Certificados de eficiencia energética

A las viviendas que se venden o alquilan se les exige que tengan un Certificado de eficiencia energética. Con este certificado sabrás cuánta energía consume tu vivienda y las emisiones de CO2. Las viviendas son parte del problema del cambio climático, una vivienda de bajo consumo ayudará a mejorar nuestro planeta. ¿Qué necesito para obtener el Certificado de eficiencia energética de mi vivienda?

Paso 1: VISITA A LA VIVIENDA

Hacemos visita a la vivienda para tomar medidas y conocer las características constructivas y de las instalaciones de agua caliente y de calefacción de la vivienda.

Paso 2: REALIZACIÓN DEL CERTIFICADO

Realizamos el Certificado energético y nos encargamos de hacer el registro en la Xunta de Galicia, paso indispensable para obtener oficialmente tu certificado con la etiqueta que te indicará el consumo de energía y las emisiones de CO2 de tu vivienda.

EL COSTE DEL CERTIFICADO DEPENDE DE LOS METROS CUADRADOS DE TU VIVIENDA.

LA DURACIÓN DEL CERTIFICADO ES DE 10 AÑOS.
